"The adoption of microfiltration cross-flow filters within brewing has been rather slow when compared to other bioprocessing industries, predominently due to capital cost as well as a limited understanding of the technology including its benefits. This presentation provides a description of the available cross-flow filtration technologies and specifically highlights the potential application of ceramic membrane MF Cross-flow filters within brewing."
