Australia's first amphora beer?

We've finally installed an 800 litre Tuscan clay amphora onsite at The Craft & Co in Collingwood. The aim here is to collaborate with onsite craft brewers to create Australia's first amphora beer. More details of the progressive results to be published soon, so stay tuned!
